Horslyx – Win It Wednesday Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter:
* The promoter is Horslyx Nutrition, a trading division of Carrs Agriculture Ltd, whose registered office is at Warwick Mill Business Centre, Warwick Bridge, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA4 8RR, UK.
2. The Prize:
* The prize is as stated in the specific Win It Wednesday post description.
* No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
* The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
*The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
3. Eligibility:
* Open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
* Win It Wednesday is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. How to Enter:
* Entry method will be specified in the individual Win It Wednesday post (e.g., “comment your answer”).
* Only one entry per person.
5. Competition Period:
* The start and closing date/time for entries will be stated clearly in each individual Win It Wednesday post. No entries will be accepted after the stated closing date.
* The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection:
* The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries or the winner will be selected by Horslyx judging panel based on creativity, originality and relevance of their submitted comment. The method the promoter uses to select the winer will be specified in the individual Win It Wednesday post.
* The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim:
* The winner will be sent a direct message from the official Horslyx Facebook Page / Instagram Account.
* The winner must respond to the direct message within 7 days to claim their prize and provide requested personal details (including home address, phone number, email, and other relevant details dependent upon the prize) for prize fulfilment.
* Failure to respond within the stated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.
8. Publicity & Data:
* The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the promoter may publish the winner’s name and county on a future post or confirm those details via email to anyone who emails competition@horslyx.co.uk If you object to any or all of your surname, county or winning entry being published or made available, please notify the promotor in writing when you are contacted about your prize. The promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
* Personal details requested (home address, phone number, email, etc.) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and delivering the prize.

9. General:
* The promoter has the sole discretion at any time to change or modify these terms & conditions due to unforeseen circumstances, or to ensure fair administration. Any changes will be published on this page.
* By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms & conditions.
* This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
* The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
* These terms & conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrant wishes to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
