Horslyx BRC Members Exclusive Free Draw
1. The Promoter. The promoter is Fevara (UK) Limited trading as Horslyx, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00480342 whose registered office is at Warwick Mill Business Centre, Warwick Bridge, Carlisle, Cumbria, England, CA4 8RR.
2. The free draw and Prize. The title of the free draw is the Horslyx BRC Exclusive Free Draw. To enter the free draw, you must complete and submit the entry form on our dedicated exclusive free draw webpage, https://www.horslyx.com/exclusive-free draw-for-brc-members during the Promotion Period as perparagraph 3, below. Upon successful submission, you will be automatically entered into the free draw. One winner will be chosen by a random draw. The prize consists of one of each of the following items:
• one (1) 15kg Horslyx Original Balancer
• one (1) 5kg Horslyx Original Balancer
• one (1) 650g Horslyx Original Balancer
Prizes are subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives for any of the prize items. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
3. How to enter. The free draw will run from 15th August 2026 (the Opening Date) to 23:59 on 15th September2026 (the Closing Date) inclusive. (the Promotion Period) To enter the free draw, you must complete and submit the online entry form on https://www.horslyx.com/exclusive-free draw-for-brc-members/, by providing your full name and email address and ticking the box confirming entry into the free draw, by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All free draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. No purchase necessary.
4. Eligibility. The free draw is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the free draw or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b). In entering the free draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the free draw. There is a limit of one entry per person. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize free draw. Free draw entries cannot be returned.
5. Winner(s) and how to claim the prize. A winner will be chosen by a random draw within 14 days of the Closing Date. The Promoter will contact the winner via a notification email as soon as practicable after the draw date, using the email address provided with the entry. To claim the prize, if you are the winner you must respond via email to info@horslyx.co.uk within 21 days of the date on which the Promoter sent the notification email (Acceptance Period), to accept the prize. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid, and a further random draw will take place as soon as practicable after the Acceptance Period. This process will continue until a winner claims the prize in accordance with this condition. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you do not claim the prize.
6. Publication and your right to object. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails info@horslyx.co.uk or writes to Fevara (UK)Limited trading as Horslyx at Warwick Mill Business Centre, Warwick Bridge, Carlisle, Cumbria, England, CA4 8RR (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within two (2) months after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email to info@horslyx.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Limitation of liability. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of winning the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for free draw entries or claims for the prize that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, regardless of cause, including as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. Data protection and publicity. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in our Horslyx Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.horslyx.com/privacy-policy/. See also condition 6 with regard to the announcement of winners.
9. General. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the free draw.The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize free draw where it becomes necessary to do so. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
