With the season fast approaching it’s time to make sure we are all ready for the whirlwind!!!
I was at nps area 13 at the weekend where Pedro (Laburnum Richard) had his 1st show since HOYS. I’m not a person who gets nervous but I know people would of been watching him more than usual, therefore I wanted him to come back out looking and feeling as good as he left 2017, which he didn’t disappoint, in fact he felt better than ever to claim his RIHS place for 2018, take champion then overall supreme of show!!!
He’s happy now to sit back and wait for the HOYS qualifiers to start and I can concentrate on the younger ponies. The diary is well and truly full to bursting now with no free weekends for a while. I love looking forward to the shows, especially the likes of Windsor, it’s one of my favourites.
Another thing I’m looking forward to is a masterclass night with my good friend Sue Helen shuttleworth. She’s been a huge success with the coloured ponies and we always have great fun so if your around up north come along, I’m sure we will entertain you all!!!!
